What would be the best settings for an InnoDB with 10gb of data and almost every second, everything is being selected, updated, inserted and much more?

Here is the currently one I have.

How can I improve this?

What are the specs of the server hardware? CPU's, RAM, OS (32 or 64b), etc...?

its a quad core xeon 2.4ghz, 32-bit, 4gb ram, 250gb hdd

Is this a normal webserver doing multiple tasks or is it doing to be a db server?

its windows 2003.
and its running a game server.
