I saw recently many Google ads on Adsense. You can see in dp Google Adsense - Google Chrome, Google Advertisers, Google Analytics

It could be Google advertise its service, which it rarely does before, or to jam up bidding price, which is not fair. Or do you think Google is just trying to use unsold inventories/adspace? If that is the case, it seems the ad market is getting worse.... Am I right?

I think because Bing came out and because of the fact that Google is working on Cloud Computing, they (Google) are just trying to dominate market even more, particularly in these tough economic times.

Its beacause they want people to use Chrome.
And ya they also want to advertise their products and so they advertise their products also in Adsense.
But you will get paid when someone clicks on them. :)

dp2009 that is a very astute observation. I would lean on the side of unsold ad inventory because Google's reach by now is at a critical/saturated mass, but then again the amount of people that use adsense is undeniably large. Either way you can filter it out like rnvr22 suggested or simply get paid like Digital_shubhi pointed out.

Though Google maybe the highest provider of search engine traffic, they are very poor in spreading the word about their own products and services. If they are now seating up, that is a good thing.
