I want to list some items in list box
customer will choose one
then in the next list box customer choose a sub-item (which all are different for each item)
after that he choose the paymet gateway
like paypal, webmoney, liberty reserve , saman bank
then user can see the total paymet and pay
after payment he returns to a page fill the form like name, email, number and a box for recipt ID which will autamatically filled
just this
