Logo+bag design 150$ contest need ASAP

hey guys right now i have a current logo of my company which sales Clothes, crockery, and house hold items so keep this in mind and make a design , Make some changes in the logo

and i even need a carry bag cover for this company i need it right now ASAP winner gets 150$

Can you give me an example of a carry bag cover?
im creating the logo now.
Any fonts colours or symbols you would like me to include would be great if you can tell me.

 

when u shop from nike they give u a carry bag of their company i want u to make one for me like that with the logo name colour should be green or any other of your choice font should be the one in the logo

These are samples if you choose me i will remove the sample from it.
Example of the logo on white and black.

It looks engraved and is a classic black and white which saves money on printing.
It had the colours associated with steel like your crokery and not to mention the font with no sans serifs gives it a very proffesional look one of a designer logo.

Feedback would be good.

 

Also is the carry bag gender specific? is it going for a stylish look or a simple day to day look?
any materials you prefer used?

By the way just because it is considered to have cheap items in the store i dont think the logo needs to look cheap as well. Too many of the entries reflect a tacky industry, now i understand that Tulsibaug prides itself on the affordability on its items as it should but to attract the modern day audience the logo must also reflect a modern day society.

I'm assuming that this is targeted towards woman, if so I have just shown all the entries to my sister who was not impressed by the other entries fonts and style as it reminded her of something of that of an op shop.
