the pr of the page ( i mean pr 5 and 4 ) is usually steady in this kind of site ? i mean highr pr push faster my webiste but the pr of this page will be down fast so i need to do this campaign on montly base?..it's better chose links from lower pr becasue this is more steady and are present less comment ( and outbound links) ?

Pages selection: 10/10 (sites themselves are not related because my niche is not easily found but posts are related and are of high PR + pages are from good sites: they are recently cached at google)
Comments: 7/10 (they are related to the posts but not very well thought of or written)
Delivery time: 5/10 (the guy got occupied for good reviews like this one so I understand why it took him this long for my sites)
