The recommended amount of water is about 14 glasses a day ,right? I fall short of that mark,I am afraid and it is not something to boast of unfortunately. I try to compensate with other fluids but being out for most of the day with work ensures that I drink on an average about 9 glasses a day
I hardly drink any and it gives me really bad headaches. To get rid of the headache I need to drink around 3 tall glasses.
Hmmm, thats not good, consider all the water you get in England... at least you got a solution to your head ache problem
glad to see so many people on here that are getting enough water, im always way above the recommended 8 glasses a day. It's always so hot in Qingdao.
Those of you coke addicts should watch the last part of Supersize Me where those fat Yanks nearly die because they drink 2 gallons of soda a day. If you don't kick that habit, good luck pissing out the kidney stones and coping with all sorts of shit. As far as water is concerned, to keep your kidneys and bladder healthy, you should piss out about 2 litres of urine a day. Considering your sweat and other forms of elimination, that would equate to 2-3 litres of water a day. Another intersting thing to know... As you sit there reading this, slowly move your head in a "shake no" movement from left to right and back a few times and hear the crackling noises, the grinding. That's left overs from contaminants settling on your joints there. So if you don't want to become clogged up with more of that shit, heavy metals and other wastage, drink pure water. Reverse Osmosis + De Ionization can produce medically pure water. Look for the 'dry residue at 180 degrees' on bottles etc. it shows you how much shit you get in when it's not pure. Most bottled water is around 100-200 parts, pure should be sub 5. Drinking loads of water also helps preventing back aches, something us computer addicts can suffer from. Anyway, it all boils down to this: Drink loads of it and the best quality you can find. If you don't, you'll suffer the consequences, probably sooner rather than later. One of my colleagues drank nothing but coffee all day and at 28 he had to push a few kidney stones through his pee hole. Just imagine it for a moment. That's what you're asking for. If slamming a pebble up your pee hole sounds like fun, keep downing that caffeine, soda and other shit.
