I do not restore accounts it is done by Steve, there is no benefit trying to draw my attention in forums as I do not do the restoring work and your post here is unrelated to this topic. Accounts are restored according to the order the resellers pay. You plan has the lowest payment and you are the only one in the plan, your account will be restored in the last. It is unfair if clients paying more do not get their files before you.

Your first excuse was, that I kept on bumping my ticket making it go down the queue.

Now, you're saying that the restoration of my clients' accounts was delayed (and will be placed in the last queue) because I'm your lowest paying reseller? When you mentioned in your update page, which now seems gone, that the restoration will be based on the ticket submission date.

They are not excuses. It was not written data is restored on a first come first serve basis. Steve is restoring the data around 14 hours every day. When yours come you will surely get it.

The question is, how many more days or weeks will it take? It is already 2 weeks. Why are you employing only one person to do this?

To me, litespeed was faster over Apache. I loved how impossible it was to basically try to crash litespeed and the whole no downtime while rebooting litespeed. It never would crash when a reboot occurred so that is definitely something nice to have.

Apache is great once you get it running the way it should.

Personally, I haven't tried out the latest stable release of litespeed due to litespeed's past lack of support for flength. I need flenght for stuff like PHPmotion so I use Apache now due to that only reason.
