Do not ever buy hosting from Nixism...They are scammer. They hv one man support bteama and he is the owner and do not know anythuing about web hostng. They do not care to inform about outages and very rude. Moreover he is a kido. So hosting with them is like Wasting Money
1. Yes, you did chat with pre-sales. Everything that was said in pre-sales was given to you. Nothing, has changed from the first day you signed up, to today. 2. That is correct, we do not offer 24x7 support, and no where on our website says we offer 24x7 support, nor is it in our advertisements. 3. You were the one being immature and unprofessional in your tickets. We handled ourselves with professionalism throughout the whole time. 4. Yes, you signed up with your "VPSDOUBLE50" promotion, and you got that. You got double specs and 50% off. 5. CPanel/WHM is a very long install, and can take as long as 8 hours to install. It certainly, did not take 24 hours to install on your account. 6. We don't offer a VPS Control Panel, we used to use HyperVM, but due to security issues we "stopped" it. 7. You have to agree to our Terms of Service, when signing up.. if you didn't like it then why did you agree to it and sign up? 8. We were straight forward the whole time with you, we weren't hiding downtime at all. We admitted the server was done, and our DC told us it was a hardware problem. 9. You paid for a VPS, so you got a VPS. You paid for CPanel/WHM, so you got CPanel/WHM. You did not pay for management, so you didn't get management, even though we answered all your tickets. 10. You messed up your VPS on your own, and we offered you solutions, but you didn't want to take any of them so you were left on your own. We gave you a 100% fully functional VPS working with CPanel. If we couldn't SSH into your VPS, we wouldn't have been able to install CPanel/WHM for you or fix up your server for you. 11. We offered to setup a new VPS for you, and you said no. We offered you free web hosting, and you said no. We tried our best to work with you, and you denied all of our attempts. Please tell us those other 1000 points? Face it, you couldn't manage your VPS, and you wanted us to manage your VPS for you for free. We have logs to prove this; in your pre-sales chat with one of our agents, you said you were unexperienced with VPS Management. We helped you get on your feet, answered all of your questions, and assisted you when you need helped. You were a troublesome client since day 1. We tried our best to please you, and were constantly attacked by your rude remarks. We tried our best to please you, but you didn't want to take anything from us.
I am into ths trade since the time you did not even have ur hosting service and know the trade very well. Moreover u never admitted the server was noperable and the one man person in ur support took the whole night to fix it but I dun think it is yet fixed. All the testimonial in ur sites are fake as almost all the sites are non-working at the moment. Your online support and tech support says 2 different things and the tech support handled by the owner himslef is pathetic and of no use and very unprofessional. What does that image show? Your clueless.. You have been in the trade longer than us? But.. you do not know anything about SSH or how to log into a server using SSH, as mentioned in your first pre-sales chat. You received what you paid for.. You paid for.. 1. VPS (you received one) 2. CPanel/WHM (you received your license) 3. Management (No, you didn't pay for..) You can't blame us for not being able to manage your VPS, for free. We are being more than generous with you, and answered all your support requests. Until this day, you can access your VPS(Well not more, since it was taken offline) with no problems. How do you think we were able to install CPanel/WHM on your VPS for you? How do you think you were able to MESS UP THE INSTALLATION OF CPANEL/WHM if you weren't able to access your VPS?
Signed up and got an email giving all of the info but can't access my server with any of the info that was sent. I'm not sure if this is a good co. or not, having my doubts,

How are your VPS's down? The server is online.. if your VPS is down then its because of something you must of changed..
This seems to be a common issue some users are getting. In the VPS Welcome email you receive, you will see this: You can't access that because we no longer use HyperVM to manage our VPS's, so you can ignore that part and the Kloxo/LxAdmin part. If you think your VPS is down because you can't access that; then your wrong. Because our node is online, so there is no reason your VPS is offline unless its something you did to it.

Ok dude, since you don't know the HowTo of managing virtual servers.. and you can't fix my problem - please recreate my vps. Though I think it can be solve with a simple restart of the container(vps).
We just SSHed into your VPS, and there is no problems.. We do not manage VPS's if you don't order management with your VPS. Only thing we manage is the server your VPS is on. The server is online, so there is no reason your VPS should be offline, unless its something you caused.
Here I would like to point out that every one havng the same issue as there physical server is messed up and I hv ben telling them same thing\. Now it is for sure that Nixsm hosting is a scammer and they are cheating people like anything. It is not only me whose VPS is not working but every one who has ordered VPS from them hv issue. So DO NOT CHEAT ANY MORE TO OTHERS. @ blowing Raise a dispute in paypal and ask for refund , I have done the same.

Don't make me laugh. It was changed, you recreated the container. 1. The root password was changed, you used again the default password that was given. 2. Tomcat was removed. 3. I've setup relay for my IPs from NZ and they are remove. 4. I created a firewall rule and they were saved, but has been removed. 5. Created a few vhost, but they were removed. 6. Files in /root are gone. LOL. You are saying that you did not recreate the container? Or maybe there's a ghost in the DC? Act like a man dude, you are sooo gay.

According to the guy who is promoting their service as if only Nxism hosting ppl know how to manage servers and no body else in the world. Very true. Trying to pin point customers that they can't manage a VPS. I don't think we are asking them to manage the VPS, all we're asking is to have it up and running so that we can access/manage it. See? I already enumerated a few pointers on the changes on my VPS. All the config/settings/files are lost. Still the guy said that they have not touch it. LOL
