wordpress header change (code+graphic)

hi,

i'd like to change the current header of my site

what i need is:

- keep the man image on right
- take off all the players pics
- have a stadium or a generic football picture as background
- have the users online box displayed in another position, maybe more in horizontal?

i'll pay 25 dollars (the winner of the contest) for both coding and graphic

the image as background is not that good and i had asked to re-positioning the USER ONLINE bar somewhere else
