    I spent 3 days moving 25 sites to this host. Now they "refund" my money and cancel my account without warning!

    I would have submitted a ticket, except for the fact that I never received an email to know what my LOGIN is!!!

    So I contact your support, you give me nothing but attitude and insult my intelligence and then CANCEL my account.

    STAY AWAY!!

    I would like to shed light on this situation.

    He is very abusive in livechat, and his issue wasn't able to be replicated. He's not even a VPS customer of ours, he has a reseller account with us, so why he left a negative rep for this thread, and left a reply in this thread is unbeknown to me. I was able to send mail perfectly fine, but he couldn't with his mail application. We do not support mail applications, and we suggest that a client uses the auto configured configuration files in cPanel so their mail applications are setup correctly(Outlook, Mail.app, etc).


    This client has also entered livechat for over 40 reasons in the last 72 hours almost all of which we couldn't replicate, and don't support.

    The "filehosting" site you claim is www.filesprout.com. No files are stored locally, this is a simple clone of a very popular website.

    No mention was made to this site when you cancelled my account.

    Now you're just trying to save face and make up reasons!

    My Outlook was configured fine. I tried to explain to him that it worked for three days and then I was getting SMTP connection errors with their host.

    I am ASKING for SMTP not Outlook support, what a JERK!

    I entered live chat 40 times? Do you remember that my IP address was all jacked up when you set up my account?

    Peace Pipe, your the one going over line here! Your language is absolutly unacceptable no matter what the situation was or is. How do you know that it was his SMTP that was down, and not your DNS Cache or wrong settings? I am not saying that this is your faulth, but please watch your language, no matter what.

    As far as i can see, then your reseller is still up and running and has never been cancelled, but your refund has indeed been sent! I suggest that you contact us either trough support or any other communication, and we will get your reseller re-paid and make sure that SMTP is working for you. I am sorry on behalf of Jacob, he is the owner, daily manager and "the head", but he is not as technical as the rest of the staff, please re-submit a ticket and i will indeed sort this out for you.

    If you wish to leave GH, then i won't blame you, but please understand that we will do our utterly best to provide you with an amazing service.

    The files are uploaded temporarily and are cleared out every 6 hours! Once more, I own the majority of those files AND I cleared this site with you when setting up the account, remember?

    This site is simply a clone of qooy.com. This WASN'T an issue until my email stopped working!
