Hi, Just curious what methods are you all using to gain instant traffic? Article marketing takes too long to see the results. Each article takes average 2 weeks before approved and go live. So what methods are you using? For me, I'm using PPC and Twitter. Forums can have instant traffic, but most forums tend to ban us from marketing. So any other good methods to share?
I make my own articles, and for the moment it work well. I try to submit around 5 to 10 articles by days. I don't know any miracle way to get ''instant'' traffic, moreover, i don't think it's exist yet
Apart from the usuals, I guess using social media and bookmarking especially when you digg/stumble with keywords that google shows are major trends, it mostly isn't targeted traffic but some might be interested in a few MMO or home improvement niches. Then there's buying banner spaces on popular forums/websites which is a little better than spamming links on it. And craigslist..well, there are plenty of guides on how to get past the flagging and other vigilante bans if you google for them, I've seen incredibly creative landers for clickbank that way, you could even try searching for your niche there and see if anyone's capitalized on it so far.
I never try Craigslist before. Is it good? I'll marketing clickbank's products (Digital). Can I use Craigslist too? Get give some guidance for both black and white hat? Thanks!
Dont want to hijack this thread but is anyone actually converting with Twitter on CB. I have 50k followers and no one ever , and i mean ever!! buys - lots of hops - 0 sales, and its quite targetted as well. Oh well, i guess to answer the O/P instant traffic = Twitter/Social media, converting traffic - well thats another bag of fish altogether!
This is the most common questions regarding twitter. Whether it really converts, or just the biggest spamming social networking site. For me, I tried adding hoplinks. Got thousands of hops and 0 conversion. Tested for 2 weeks, still no sales. Next I created a blog about the same product, add adsense inside. Use twitter to direct traffic to the blog. Well, manage to earn some adsense money and 1 sale already. I guess for twitter followers, what they want is information first, follow by product marketing. Give them tons of info before selling anything to them. Any other experts in this field cares to share?
Forum sigs. Blogs on blogger, seo articles, directories, forums, social networking sites, paid advertisements. That is just a few out of the hundreds out there that I could think off the top of my head.
I would certainly say social bookmarking is best. But don't try o target digg. Try reddit or stumble upon. You could always try yahoo answers
Candy, do you want instant sales today, and no guaranteed sales tomorrow? You need to take a long term approach to this. Ezine articles work for you for the rest of your life, even if you decide not to work one day, if you have hundred of articles out there, you'll get links back to your site from them. These people are already excited about your product so there's a greater chance they'll purchase something. Focus on the long term my friend.
Hi, Create an article with quality content, spin this article with spinner tool to get couple of version of the original article. Create social media and networking pages (like squidoo, zestbit, wetpaint, etc.) using these articles with targeted keywords and promote those pages with various SEO activities along with social bookmarking. I think this is the best ways to promote your site, to get good traffic and to get some quality backlinks. This method will also boost up your ranking in SERP.
I have made many sales on twitter but it seems to be dying down. I think too many people do it there now.
PPC traffic is the ONLY method for instant traffic that has proven effective for those that know how to use/implement it with their campaigns. Otherwise there are some other great methods but they require hard/consistent work -- Might like to try: groups, answers websites, communities, forums .. never know how sales pop up, however they require constant/quality work. And as far as I know/experienced Twitter isn't much of a tool for Clickbank marketing. You may market a website/blog but rarely see any clickbank sales from twitter all because most people consider CB products scams.. Cheers
People are having mixed success with twitter. Some feel that twitter traffic is geeky and they will never buy clickbank products. You can monetise twitter traffic through CPL and adsense. As far as craiglist is concerned there is lot of traffic but sticking your posts and replying to @CL mails will be difficult.
