Yeah, 2 weeks is a bit short for such a great country. Spent twice 6 months in India, and I just hope I will be able to go back soon. So many things to see, so many peoples to meet... sigh...
Thank you for your comments. I was pretty scared at first when I got to Bombay, I've never been in a city with that many people before in my life. But, India is a very fine country, I wouldn't mind living there for a while.
A question Zach...Did you try to take a ride on Mumbai's local trains?? Second class--peak hours?? If you managed to do that, you can pretty much do anything in this world
Youv'e seen the real India outside the metros. Nice article. I read it all. You are a good person. EDIT: Looking at your gallery, seems like you were amazed to see the autorickshaws!!!
I agree with gr8liverpoolfan, Mumbai's local train are the most busiest trains of these worlds. N i am sure you luved India.. i mean u must have been bit awkard as usually indians just stare at foriegners more but being indian and i can say indians are very soft hearted and we welcome you again to India mate
Thank you for your comments! No, unfortunately I only spent one night in Mumbai, so I didn't get to see the city much. Yes, I noticed that. Indians are probably the nicest people on earth I've met. Nobody in America is like that. When I went into the more rural areas, into the small villages and such, I scared quite a few children who started crying! I guess they had never seen a white person before..
jaws all on the floor like Pam like Tommy just burst in the door started whoopin her ass worse than before................
I am from Mumbai,India. You said that you stayed only for one day in Mumbai.Where exactly did you stay?.Next time plan your trip for more days. You will then enjoy and also have a learning experience in India.
