I built this directory on an existing domain, which came with a PR1 and due to the last few google updates the homepage PR has not changed. Below are a few stats and more are available upon request.

In addition, the article directory is brand new, therefore has not felt the good graces of a PR update.

Google Indexed Pages: 5,310
Backlinks (Source Yahoo Site Explorer): 2,929

Site Homepage PR: 1 (Most other Pages are PR4, ie: Latest Links, Contact, etc, Site Map.)

Article Directory PR: 0

With the proper affiliate marketing, this site has a lot of potential. Furthermore, once Google updates properly, ie it's older domains, your sure to see a spike with as many quality backlinks that have been built.

Purchaser must leave featured links and footer link until April of next year. In addition, there is currently a backlog of submissions that need reviewed, about 3,000. Therefore, this will easily put the directory in the 4-5,000 listing area.

I'm willing to let this go under BIN for any reasonable offer. However, with the traffic that this site receives and the page ranking from the updated pages this is worth some money.

Alexa currently ranks this site at 90,000 with peaks of 30,000 and about 200 site submissions per day, there are lots of opportunities.
