Live support never seems to be online and now iv got the username and password to cpanel etc i think their is an error to do with apacha and its messing with everything and unzipping files in file manager wont work..
Why don't you create a ticket about your unzipping problem. And i have an account on their server. And the zip/unzip function is working properly.
NeoCpanel is a great Host! Unfortunately people think that Digitalpoint is neocpanel forum Support here We have no problem on our Luxembourg and Germany Server, but we got only a Hard Disk Failure on our Australian server which should be fixed in within some days! For the moment we don't offer Webhosting because we need to fix the Australian server before, we can't do multiple things at the same time! I will suggest everybody to contact us through Ticket, because we don't have Operators for our Live Support, and also we are not Robots! We can't stay on live support 24/24! So stop complaining please! Give us time to sort the problem!
Hello, I am currently on livechat with an operator guys...and support is excellent and friendly. Maybe at that time you were online they were not online...they can't remain online there 24/24/7...
the live support was really good but its pissing me off really badly now the fact that the server is constantly slow or down! if this doesn't improve i want a refund this is getting unbearable
downtime again, 3rd time in 2 days. im thinking about cancelling. im fed up with their crap. if you are reading this, do not expect another payment from me next month.
We got only 20 Minutes of Downtime because we have upgraded our Operating System to Ubuntu. You guys are always exaggerating ,also we do offer Support Ticket on neocpanel, DP is not our Forum Support! If you have any problem please submit the ticket there! Also don't hesitate to cancel your webhosting if you keep on saying such false things here!!
hmm. although the support is great. As i read the earlier posts there are so many problems in your hosting. I will wait until it will have 2-3 months being stable without any problems. Then i will go to your hosting.
Same here....have to wait for few months to read more reviews. No email communication which was promised to me almost a week before. Waiting to read more good feedback/reviews.
