    Also, I need ideas on where to place google ads.

    What are you supposed to do ? I tried to use the proxy, but I just got a lot of ads.

    I believe it is allowed, but I do know that it is not allowed to use adsense on proxified pages. (pages loaded through the proxy)

    if you are trying to provide a working proxy toolbar like proxy dot org
    it would be ok
    but its not working fine right now
    just redirecting to another proxy site

    What do you expect from a php freelancer? Also I don't see why a beautiful colorful design is needed for this kind of site.
