    Did you install a plugin or skin?
    I think you must have installed some sort of plugin that shows nofollow and dofollow links or someting similar.
    Try disabling all the plugins and skins and if that doesn't work reinstall your browser.

    It is most probably you enable some FF addon or plugin to highlight the links .
    Try to disable the addon/plugin .
