Help please anybody

I am very new to this forum and i have been looking a buying a website now for the last week. Anyway to cut a long story short. I finally found a website that i wanted and the BIN price from the seller stated $230. So i waited to see how the auction was going and as the bids increased i decided to meet the BIN price and offer the seller $230.

To my dis belief i got an email back off the seller saying that he had to think about the offer as the other offers were growing etc.

Surley a BIN (Buy it now) means BUY IT NOW!!!!

I want to report this person to the guys who run this forum but as i said i am very new and don't knowe what to do.

Please can anyone help as i think this is a great forum?

Which thread was it in? That's actually really nasty, people really shouldn't change their BIN once it's been set ¬¬

Basically he started his BIN at $300 but if you read through the forum you will see that he lowered it to $230. I have just recevied another email of him stating the following:

"If you read through the forums, orginal bin was 300"

So he is now putting the BIN back up to $300.

Is there anything i can do?

post a link here. There is nothing you can do now since no one can force him to sell something..

but he rep will drop if you let the world know

 

that is pretty unfair, they should stick to what they put, i always do. Give us the url , mabe we can bash him with red rep lol, idk.

I see where he lowered the BIN and if you offered that, I agree it would be pretty crappy to "return" to the previous BIN.

However, I have to ask why would you BIN the site when the current, highest bid was no where close? Were you afraid it would actually sell as a PR1 site at that price?

If you're seriously looking for a good site with good PR site to turn into a directory or already has one - there are plently to be had; Henny just sold an awesome one that was a PR4 directory for about ½ this price - keep looking, there are some great ones here to be had.
