You will need to promote these through the forums to your members. 5:Recruit New Community Members: You will need to constantly be recruiting new members. I am highly experienced and qualified. I have sent you a PM with my application. I do have a question here though. You mentioned HCG carries many products. Is there a home site that goes with the forum where people would go to shop?
DeadPeople, you will need to pm me some information about yourself and your experience. And perhaps a psych report if those dead people talk to you. The forum is homecomputergames.net The store is homecomputergames.com The forum has banners pointing to the store. Whoever takes over the manager position will sign up as an Affiliate of the store. I will then use their Affiliate ID on the banners in the forum. This insures that they get credit for any sales originating from the forum. I also have lifetime customer cookies for the Forum manager. So their customers stay their customers unless they delete their cookies. The only thing I want from the Forum is the GameFly advertisement revenue to pay overhead. The rest of the forum is strictly for Branding and linkbait. So 100% of the Adsense goes to the manager along with the commissioned sales. The weekly $10 is for snack money while working and growing the forum. Once it hits serious traffic we can then negotiate a real base salary. So basically I am providing someone with a website and my time working with the SEO both onsite and offsite. Only an idiot would take this job! If someone is capabel of creating an managing an forum, why would he not do it form himself. A domain and hosting is really cheap and a phpbb forum is set up in 15 minutes. What does homecomputergames deliver to the forum manager? The income is generated by the forum manager.... And furthermore, if someone created a forum, he could take a not so idioticly bad domain name, and he could avoid the number one mistake in forum management: to much forums. Managing and promoting a forum is a hard job, so if someone can do it, he would do it with his own forum and not make someone else rich
LOL, this coming from guys that get about 10 visitors to their sites in a year combined. Not sure how you would know a forum is hard work. Some advantages the forum is going to have is it will be advertised, onsite and offsite SEO, custom programming, and will get some actual real traffic. And it seems I mentioned a salary would be negotiated once the forum got busy. I also said I do not want any income from it. The forum is only about a month old and already gets more traffic, has more pages indexed, and has more links to it than most of other neigh sayers combined sites. A web design site with one white box should do very well for you. Good Luck!
