The worst thing about being a webmaster?

    I know being a webmaster is great but I have found some really annoying assumptions/questions throughout my time as a webmaster and thought I'd share some.

    1. So you make websites? Yes. So you make games as well?

    2. How do you make money from you site? Google AdSense. So you make money by Google?

    3. Why isnt your site being sold for millions?

    webmaster itself is a wrong term. webmaster means master of the web, just like beastmaster means master of all the beast. how can a person running/designing/owning a single or multiple website(s) be considered as the master of the web?

    Data Loss, Server Crash, Forum's Data base corrupt :( I am sick of doing daily backups and restoring everything..

    Starting at a screen for many hours per day isn't good for your health or eyesight, but that's about the only disadvantage I can think of.

    I'm also confused by the title
    I think the worst thing is when you are a webmaster and your sites are down and you can't do anything about it.

    Although I'm also confused by this post, I'll just give my answer. For me, the biggest disadvantage is spending most of your time in front of the computer. It becomes your top priority
