i am not a huge fan of black colored sites... too hard to read..., your text may be too small.. you need a 300x250 ad blocks in more places preferably within text content.

the top chunk of space in your header should be elminated so that all the content can move up higher into the top fold.

I think, its rejected as your blog is too new, Adsense now required 6months age..

 

I find it good and ready for Adsense.

You could put some more thing in your sidebars but need some more posts first.
