    I'm clearing all the sites and domains I own. I have for sale a loan site that I had big plans for but never did anything with it.

    Domain name: CaliforniaLoans.org

    Domain is over 6 years old.

    Features 21 articles over 10,000 words in total 100% unique articles written by me!

    Site is running on Wordpress CMS with a premium theme so makes it very easy to add other pages or posts.

    Its getting only around 100 uniques a month so needs promoting!

    BIN decided @ $100 Content alone is worth that as there is over 10,000 words of unique content, and serch term "California loans" gets serched 10,000s a month according to google adwords tool
