Mate, you asked this over a week ago in a thread about Quality Score - we all gave advice then - looking at your site it looks like you haven't followed any of the advice yet?

After you have done things to increase quality score (which have apparently been given in another thread) make sure you are creating a new campaign. It's a lot easier to start fresh than to "fix" an old campaign

If he won't build landing pages then you have only 3 things to do:

    1) structure account more tightly
    2) keep testing ad variations to improve CTR
    3) Look at your geographic targeting - are you targeting only one country or all? Check in the reporting centre to see if any particular countries are lowering your CTR - this can happen, I recently had one country that dropped my CTR on one campaign from 2.36% to 0.44%

If the above doesn't work then you only have one option left - landing pages (which will also increase conversion rates). If he's not willing to do this then he won't get anywhere online - you need content specific landing pages for both seo and ppc

you would get alot further with media buying (banners) over ppc anyways. You should look into it.

I am targeting US and canada both in the same campaign. Is it fine or i should have separate campaigns for both of them?

    no probs mate

I'd target them separately - also canada regions can have very different outcomes (i.e. british influence in some areas, french in others), I'd keep an eye on your geo targeting and if some areas aren't working properly then either stop advertising in them or maybe put them into their own campaign and write some specific ads...

Ok, now if you wanna do a blog, just throw in whatever come up on your mind, and don't think much about conversion, but the real page for target market have something to do more than "advertising campaign". Carefully research your keyword for micro market, do some real content than go deep down with SEO.

don't be too nervous, you need time as well as money to get well with PPC, not all the people can earn money at the beginning.

you should check your landing page....all I can say for now is that the problem with quality score is related with your keywords and landing page.
