hai friends,I like to know if anyone living in INDIA played in any online casinos.I want to play for real money but i saw in some forums that if you try to deposit in any casinos using neteller or moneybookers they will not allow you to do that as you live in INDIA.I would like to know whether it is true. casino , porn not allowed wrt indian gov but some stupid rules are also there ( they not clear abt porn which they left on domain registrar , also hosting in non-india for porn) you can see few times police arrested for betting crickets so i believe casino playing is not supported
I think u won't face any problem till u keep loosing money.. But online casinos may have trouble paying u if u win a big amount and if they can find a reason to not pay u..

have you heard of betfair, bet365.com they allow sports betting and online poker for indians and accept moneybookers and netellers, but you can't use credit card and paypal . and yes i have played many times
but dude there is one major issue how will you get money in moneybookers account, so probably not possible to play online.

Yes this is the true as long you are loosing money there is no problem, but if your luck favour and if you wing big amount they will find out each point how to not pay, you can;t do anything legeally becouse Indian govt do not allowe dto do such thing you wil be only truble if you want to take any kind of action against them. None of this really matters. You live in India, what's the law ? Is online gaming illegal ? Then there is your answer.You know better than those of use who don''t live there. It seems what you are really asking is "How do I get away with it and still get paid?"
I have searched through some forums and websites and i found that playing in online casinos is not illegal for indians but its not clearly declared that it is totally legal in India.They will not encourage you in playing online casinos and i heard that neteller or money bookers will not accept indians for depositing in casinos and this is where i am waiting for the exact information.If anyone from india have earned through this online casinos then that will be the final answer for all my doubts.I hope i get my answer.
