How could I do this?

    Ok well here it goes...I have 2 servers Server 1 with the name servers ns1 and ns2 and I have Server 2 with name servers ns3 and ns4. The main site is on the second server because its faster and has less of a load so what I want to do is make it so if server 2 goes down server 1 is liek a backup and my site will load on server 1 and people will be able to look under network issues to see why the second one is down.

    Is this possible?
    If it is how would I go about doing it?
