Please help me for my new site about google index

Hello,everybody.I have a new site,http://www.eboookshare.com/.
There are twenty thousand links in it,first i added sitemap for it , google indexed 3500 links and not increased, so i think the sitemap is of no help and i delete it, but now google only indexed 1100 links and is reducing now.

Who can help me!!!!What can i do!!!!!!

Yes you should do it again as you have deleted the previous one.Do submit and wait for a while to get your links indexed.

Sitemap is a big help to see your entire site structure, if you have too big site, you can split the sitemap into parts and resubmit it.

 

Try updating your website regularly, then continue adding links and gradually more and more pages inside the sitemap will get indexed.
