There isnt a particular single "method" for it. Just read this forum alot and apply tactics you find!

 

I think this has been discussed several time in this forum, try to use the search option to find similar thread.

 

Build one way links as much as possible. Directory submission, article submission, blog and forum posting, news and press release etc. Try to place your link at good PR pages.

Check the link development forums. They list tons of lists of article submission sites, directories, dofollow blogs, etc. there.

links from high pagerank pages is the ONLY WAY TO INCREASE YOUR PR

if you get links from pr0 pages then there not going to give you any weight!

 

Get backlinks from pages with high page rank. That is all.
