Contact Google immediately if this happens...and it's not you. I say this because Google will know if it's you, proxy or not.

To make them convince, send your log files screen-shot to Google and explain that you have observed that someone is repeatedly clicking your Ads.

Google is very good at picking up on any suspicious activity. Like everyone else said...contacting Google is probably your best bet from getting your account suspended.

Contact Google right now, before you suspend the account. Google will know if it's you, a proxy or not.

Google has a good reputation and it will not allow any click frauds. If you are suspicious of someone clicking your ads on purpose, the wisest and quickest thing you can do is report it to google. Google will track the IP of the person trying to ban you out of Adsense and who knows may be his account will be suspended.
    Good Luck!

It is good to contact Google, but they have no control over the person's behavior. You can also block the IP, but you is it hard to know which IP address is clicking that much. Removing the ads is a good thing, but you will need to do this every time this happens. Otherwise, you will lose your source of revenue every time. Contacting Google is the best thing to do at the moment. Your case is a common case for many webmasters on this forum and I have not seen any solution up to now. If you contact Google, could you post here the solution they adopt, so we know how to deal with this in the future?
