    Adsense wont ban you if you earn more than $500 per month, that`s absurd. I earn way more and I didn`t had any complaints from them.

    if you earn more than $500 then google flag your account and check you account manually and if you have not violated T.O.S then they release payment but if you have 1% fault then you will be banned. its my experience i have faced this issue 2 time.(i am pakistani and most of this happen in pakistan)

    No, Google is not fool. Google checks each cent. If Google paid you less than 500$ without checking then Adwords members are in risk.
    Note:It can be happen in all our the world not only in Pakistan.
