You always have to be careful when hosting on a free hosting account. There are a lot of places out there that will take down your site after a week or so before it ever cached or indexed by any of the search engines. That way they can take your content ect.

I would advise to spend 8.99/month with godaddy or hostgator, that way youre 100% in control of your site.

@ reptron, i personally find that offensive as i am currently hosting a proxy in exchange for a free link and we didn't take them down after a week at all. so i think you might need to watch what you say as there are many companies out there that are willing to work with most people.

@djdes I was not trying to offend you nor the services you provide, simply wanted to let SeoHwak know that such threats exist out there and much research should be made before choosing a hosting, especially a free one. As Im sure youre aware there are a lot of scammers out there and you should always check before accepting service as important as a hosting for your site.

And no I am not intending to watch what I say, even though I am a new memeber, I will voice my opinions and concerns openly.

@Jeehan have you ever used byethost.com? I once put up a site through them and after wards was no longer able to access it.
