I'm an excellent developer, with huge experience and quality, but I am new to Twitter applications and I don't have the slightest clue on how to promote my business. Money isn't the matter, but if it's exceptionally expensive (we're talking hundreds) then please mention it. My Twitter App is http://tonig.ht/, a Twitter app where you can register a free ".tonig.ht" domain (has nameservers, dns cloning, redirects, etc) for profiling your identity, business or brand on Twitter. Basically, a playground for domains for testing out on Twitter. It's not a URL shortener. I want all your advice, and I will use the most quality one. I want the cheapest option, too, as I will need money to upgrade servers as soon as this application grows out of the roof. How would I promote this application on Twitter?

Sorry, I don't understand. I'm not looking for link building. Twitter Apps typically get huge through different methods, and I am asking people what "these" methods are. Niche-based content websites are those that are worthy of link building if I am correct. And, what type of offer? That I'm looking for something? I'm looking for advice.
