That's the only thing that was nagging me to not buy, but I did anyhow, because of the features that my package includes, and only one negative iTrader, given by an irate person that was clearly being unreasonable to make those claims based on nothing but a hunch.

Still, I Really hope that this isn't a "fly by night" operation and you are in it for the long haul. I'd love to break away from the overpriced and underpowered host that I'm using now, and hopefully I've found a solution with NeoHosts

Also I've received your order but paypal did not send me any payment information. You just subscribe the payment but did not send the payment yet. As soon as you pay paypal will email me. I wanted to add that - Service has been great so far - I did have a question and I submitted a support ticket and it was replied to almost immediately - the billing problem was taken care of and my website has been accessible ever time i've checked since the day I set it up!

i submited cancel request and want cash back.
You ignore my emails and i submit paypal dispute and they dont cover this type of dispute.

I want my cash back and my account canceled..

 

I have had a reply from this host....
I wanted my refund after 5 days as i was unhappy....

They clearly say above 15 days money back no questions...
Buy if you email them and submit a ticket wanting your money back they call it disturbing them...
