The bush admin could have destroyed all the opium and choses not to, while year after year more and more heroin is put on the streets of the US and EU... what could the motivation be?

We've eliminated medical purposes (with the ban of opium sales worldwide) as an excuse for the opium, so what's left? I showed where the opium is going (heroin pumped into the US/EU).

So now we ask the questions: Why isn't it being stopped and who's benefiting from it? The most obvious reason for someone that could easily stop the opium production not to, is because they are somehow benefiting from it.
