I received this email a while back.
It seems someone is using my adsense on that website which is NOT mine.

but that website is down right now.

so, would i get my account disabled like this? if someone uses my adsense code on an adult site and screwing me over?

I've been received this link of message from Adsense team 5 times lolz

You should use Allowed Sites feature to prevent this problem ;)

Are you sure it actually came from the Adsense folks? I bet it's just spam like those "Verify your bank info" spams you get from "your bank" and they're just doing it to get you to click on the links.

While I've not seen it with Adsense, I have seen my ID used elsewhere on stuff like mybloglog, who.amung.us and other sites like that.

And I thought www. 98kkxx. com/d/200902/09-77.html is a real URL.

So do the bank emails. ;)

If you can view the email headers, take a look for a line like the following:

Does it pass? Does it fail?

I'd do the allowed sites though just to be on the safe side.

I have heard of some webmasters testing codes to see if google will ban adsense by placing someone elses adsense to display. And if it gets banned then they know they have to tweek it. I think its bogus but I dunno...just my .02
