Does anyone know how to reach them?
My VPS has been down for 2 days now and I have no sign of anyone at eurosrv.

How can someone run a business like this?

lol these are called "fly by hosts" they provide cheap hosting services, stay a few months, make their money and run like hell. you may recall "your1hoster.com" was a big one latly, had a bunch of VPS systems then one day said screw you guys, and left, claimed he was hacked and thats it lol REVIEWSS!! are the best way to see how reliable they are, Good luck and hopes this helps!

Thats why you should always read reviews, do some research on the company before you purchase. Do you have a backup? If you do pack up and choose a new host.

Use domaintools to find out their telephone number. Call them. I believe that is the only way you have right now

oh dear, someone with the exact same problem as I'm having. They've been down for over 24hrs, which is the second time in two weeks.

Their hypervm console crashed last week, and now the I'd need to restart of my vm says its "slave":
    hxxp://93.174.93.65:8888/login/

Which means I can't do anything!

I've phoned them up but their 'voice mail box is full", I've opened tickets that are autoclosed after 24hrs.

I've already purchased a new server from another company, I just need my server so i can get backups.

    This is very frustrating.

Did you try to open a ticket at their site?

I've been opening tickets for weeks, not a single one has replies, and worst of all they are forced closed after 24hrs of no reply when you are waiting for THEM to reply.

So you have to bump tickets just to keep their status open.

Eurosrv has been around for quite awhile, I used to have a few vpses with them but then faced about a week of downtime with no replies sorta like this looks to be. I ended up moving cause I have several sites that just cannot be down at all. For the time being though they were a good company.

I don't really have any alternatives.

    edit:
I've been told to try hxxps://www.santrex.net/ instead

oh wow, so he's simply not renewed the license? oh dear.
The second datacenter said they will send a message to him if they can, fast response from both of them... at least not every host is totally uncontactable as EuroSRV seem to be at the moment!

HyperVM has serious issues as the owner killed himself and noone will take the project one, as for eurosrv, ed made a total screw up of the company then suposedly sold it...yeh right, a friend of mine had a weeks downtime, it came back for about an hour which is all he needed to abck up his sites and move.

Does anyone have any more updates on this?

I am in desperate need of my latest back-up files so that I can change host!

Have anyone heard anything at all from eurosrv in the last 48 hours? How long have your websites been down?

Like always I do not believe we can expect any compensation for this!
