    When will Google launch its own affiliate program?

    It seems to me like its only a matter of time with Froogle, Adwords and Adsense it seems like an obvious progression.

    Yeah, timing it perfectly to send their share price rocketing.

    In my opinion, Google already has an affiliate program in place; Google AdSense for content, search and products (i.e. Firefox, Picasa, etc.).

    I mean an affiliate scheme as in you market company or product x on your site if a visitor goes on to buy product x you then earn a % of the purchase or a $X.

    Not PPC like adsense.

    I thought they already had an affilate program. Their refferal banners for adsense, adwords, etc, are not shown by people for free. I would imagine thy would launch their refarral for Gbuy soon. They are in fierce competition with Paypal of Ebay. I would imagine they would easily overtake them as soon as they put a bit more marketing into promoting it.

    no they also have Affiliate program in which they brands/businesses manage their products and give commission on each sale.
