TOTAL Re-design needs evaluation.

    Hello all,

    After some great feedback on http://vampa.org 's simplicity, I decided to go about simplifying my other site: http://htgp.org .

    Please let me know what you think about it, and if you see some minor tweaks that could improve the site.

    Also, I am aware of the Internet Explorer Glitch in the sidebar, but I'm afraid I have NO IDEA on how to fix it. If anyone has a clue on why it's doing this, please tell me in this thread.

    To be honest, the main thing I see is that there are too many ads. The top banner pushes everything down and takes away from the flow. The middle two banners are confusing as to why they are sandwiching a post. Other than that, looks decent.

    Your placement of adsense is nearly giving it an MFA feel, and thats a shame because its a decent looking site, i feel the ads can be placed and blended into the site in a better way.

    Nice design you got going there. It feels like there is something missing from the main page. I think it needs another image or some more text about what your offering?

    I can found your main menu at the top for about 15 seconds.
    mybe you can chang ethe color of the navigation..

    lol... guess it's not as good as vampa then ! :) worth the try, eh?
    I kind of like the banner at the top, though... what if I only have 1 banner after the first post? how would that look? better? any suggestions on how to fix it?

    adding a sidebar maybe?

    as for the htgp site, its too simple for my taste. but hey nowdays everyone talks about simplicity which IMHO sometimes sites are getting too simple (great for designer :) less work is required).

    def not the same theme!! I created that from scratch! :] but I'm happy that you apparently consider the VAMPA site ThemeForest Material.. I'm working on a couple for themeforest that I think will be quite popular..

    Simplicity was my primary goal.. and to be honest, I kind of just want to see how far the site can go, and when I have no other sites to design, then I'll redesign it again.. :] but I've got a list of five ahead of me first. :|
