Hmm !!! I just want to give my review after using Ur hosting. I find out that my domain propagation time is very fast. It doesn`t need 2-3 days to be activated. I can immediately use it after about 16 hours, even if I still not build the site. It seems Ur host is good for me. I hope this can last long and not like the other review that I read at the other thread here in DP that Ur host uptime is up and down. If Ur service is great, I`m sure that I will never move from Ur hosting. TQ.

 

I have used this host for about a week and so far everything is very smooth the best part about it was the domain propagation as stated by "Rome". My domain is through godaddy which usually takes 48 hours to register name servers I was very very surprised when i did it, it took minutes for them to finish I was amazed. Plus when I changed the domains name server it was instant. The server is amazingly fast. The only problems there are that I would like to tell people is the fantastico does not work :[ also there is a lot of XML errors with joomla because its running on lightspeed server instead of apache but overall the hosting is FANTASTIC!

When U talk about "They" and "Reviewer", are U refer to me ? Cause I always wonder why I can`t login to forum suddenly and suddenly I can login again even if I don`t post anything. So, I ever wonder if I got banned or not.

If I got banned, where I can find the reason why I got banned ? Cause when I just see the post without login, I never seen my name got banned.

And if U said that I`m 1 person with the thread starter, U really wrong. I never had a relationship with the thread starter. I just give my honest review about the domain propagation. I don`t even built my site yet.

For the thread starter, Host Latch, please never do something bad to Ur name. It will make Ur customer become Ur enemy. U must collect their trust and not their hate. Sometimes, in business, We got to lose first before We win.

Even if Ur customer do something not obey Ur terms of condition, never said anything with "bad language" to them. Remember that customer is the "King". If u treat the "King" right, the "King" will give u a lot of benefit. That`s my suggestion to U consider to Ur threads here that I think like a "war thread" and not "buyer satisfaction thread"

Btw, about the account the " Free Name Server " that U post in the 1st post, is that mean I got my Own Name Server ? So, if my domain is : AAAAAA.com that will mean I got ns1.AAAAAA.com and ns2.AAAAAA.com ? If that`s right, I just want to know how I can get it ? Cause I`m a newbie in this field.

TQ for providing the super cheap master reseller account. I never found cheaper account at anywhere else. But, it will be a superb when U can sell not only super cheap account but also the superb service after sales. That will be the point of winning the heart of Ur customer. Yeah, that is correct, if you check the itraders of the 2 users: 'dennyjames' and 'HostLatch', you will see 2 itraders each, so both of them have been banned.

 

Fair Dinkum,,, I know im not allowed to swear on DP, i really, really, really, really, wish i was,, i would show you some really ,, really,,, really colourful language,, and im sure hostlatch was banned for a rEALLy really really GOOD rEASON. However, this is the fourth lot of hosting i have purchased on digitalpoint and EVERY "SWEARing" one has been "swearing" worthless.. Do i blame the poor useless bunch of "hosts" for getting such an easy ride, or DP for allowing it, Legal ISSUE, i guess? and one i will be looking into.

And yes my sites, all 3 of them have been down - more than up, and YES i do realise hostlatch have a massive top 3000 alexa site on the server so its prob getting hammered up the kyber. The biggest reason im so "swearing"( i should be a mod) off is because my wifes first website, >HER BLOODY FIRST< a simple pregnancy forum and Baby information site is so "swearing" unbelivable not there. AFTER SHE DID SO MUCH WORK TO IT,,,,,,,,,,,,, I want to rip someones heart out

This is my current webhost and I strongly advise against hosting with HOSTLATCH due to the fact that their uptime is crap.

All my hard work in designing was lost to this company because my site will not respond. I am getting tired of it.

I've suffered so you don't have to. Don't waste your time on this guy, it's not worth it... and surprise surprise >> he's also banned on this website!

If any one has any information or would like to offer me a new host package to get out of the one I'm in feel free to PM me or post back.

Ya the server has been down for what close to 2 days now well its not down but the server is so overloaded it take like a min or 2 for the site to respond but as of this morning my site wont load at all!!!!!!

 

Well apparrently they had a massive DDoS attack. Had I known I would have been less angry with HostLatch. Of course, no one can ever tell when something like this can happen.

I do apologize and retract my statements.

HostLatch has even upgraded there servers to Custom2 bandwidth and have applied preventative measures in order to protect the server from further DDoS attacks.

HostLatch has been a bit of a ride, but I'm just glad Adam is still living on strong. If you looking for a man who is dedicated, this is the hosting company you should go with.

Sometimes people can become annoyed and say things they don't truly mean, and I sure did that this time.

This was a learning experience for everyone.

I would like to say finally as a HostLatch customer that now we have turned a page in this chapter we can look forward to great hosting... and of which hosting is very well supported and is very "free" (in the sense of freedom).

Hmm !!! I almost think HostLatch as a scam hosting since my site is down just couple days after I bought the master reseller account. Fortunately, it seems that He got DDoS attack. Actually I just think that since the hosting fee is so cheap, no wonder that the uptime is very low. But the email I got from HostLatch prove that Adam wants to serve the best for his customer. Good luck Adam. Continue ur action to prove to the people here that U are NOT SCAM.
