I need a coder to build either a desktop app or a web app for a certain purpose which I will disclose via MSN chat.

This means you must have MSN to be able to discuss what I need.

If you meet the criteria I want to hear from you. If you don't meet the criteria then PLEASE do NOT contact me because I am sick of being messed around by coders who either have too much on their plate or coders who think they can do the job but can't!

Criteria:

1. Able to complete the job within 2 weeks.
2. Able to be on MSN to chat about the project.
3. Able to receive payment via Paypal.
4. Able to collect full payment only when the job is complete.
5. Able to provide support on an ad-hoc basis (and be paid for the time).
6. Able to code
7. Able to bypass image captcha.

I repeat! If you are too busy or you are not confident in doing the job then do not bother contacting me.
