PLEASE help me unlimit my paypal

Hello,

my paypal account got limited and they need me to add a credit card to unlimit my account.

I used creapay.com in the past, but it looks like they are out of business.

Could anybody please tell me about another virtual credit card service that works that i can use to unlimit my paypal account?, i have tried http://www.pegcard.com but thier card doesn't work, when i added the card to my paypal account i received a message saying card can't be added because its issuer doesn't allow checking billing address.

PLEASE HELP ME IT IS VERY URGENT.

it is limited now already , and as i mentioned before i already used VCC with them in the past with no problem.

so i hope it works this time too.

 

i did alot of googling and found lots of VCC providers, but i know 90% of them are scammers (and i have been scammed already by one of them) so i am asking for advice here, if anybody has successfuly verified his paypal using a VCC, i will appreciate it very much if he could tell me which website he used?
