#1) You clearly don't know how to follow rules - Google doesn't allow Adsense Publishers to show their CTR and eCPM numbers. #2) No one is going to give you magical solutions to making money online. There is plenty of information available on this forum, but YOU need to do the research and YOU need to experiment. I can't stand people who make topics like this. Seriously.
You need to invest 3% above your margin with ppc like adwords until you get a 6 to 7% margin increase on your return on the 3-4th from the top popular keywords in your niche, then cream off the profits, remove your 3% defecit and reinvest the 4% left over then repeat the procedure until the 3% is worth an exponential amount campared to your initial outlay.
That is what adsense is all about. Difficult to make some real money with if you don't have thousands of visitors daily.

Just work hard dude, Build your traffic first. Dont mind your earnings from the very start. You can actually earn thousand if you have to wait. Just be patient and build your traffic first.
Most people don't just start out earning hundreds or even thousands a day with affiliate marketing the very first week or month. They have to work hard, very hard in most cases.
