After signing up to ConnectSwitch.com the other week, I logged in today only to find that it was inaccessable and my account had been replaced with someone elses. I had barely used the VPS, and certainly not broken any terms and conditions. So I beg the question, why was it deleted? I have had NO other communication from them rektifying the situation. So I warn anyone who may want to use thier services to bare this in mind. ConnectSwitch YOU have no excuse, you have either made a huge mistake or are deleting customers VPS accounts on no ground. I have requested a full refund, and will be interested to see thier responce. Thier telephone number 08452251232, does not work and a "virtual office" owned by Andora. P.S. Just dialed that number and it does ring. Before jumping the gun, contact them and try to resolve the problem. Only then should you post your negative opinions.
No mate, it makes a low pitch sound, and no one answers, tried various hours throughout the day. So why don't you go and check things properly. (He's obviously some sad little 14 yo kid)
As far as I know are they moving their VPSes to Virtuozzo. Anyway, we started with selling VPSes by reselling their VPSes, but we had always some problems. Even now we have problems with them because our first customers has their VPSes with ConnectSwitch and not at our dedicated nodes, and that is why we are happy about having our own dedicated nodes with much better network speeds and a Tier 3 DataCentre (and we have plans to put new nodes in a new Tier 4 DataCentre when the DC has opened).
