This site, as you can see, I have not had time for in the last two months. Because of this traffic has dropped off greatly.
Here is traffic screenshots, past year:

as you can 70K uniques in Jan but has been dropping as my efforts have dropped off. At this point though I was only doing 10 minutes of work daily!

Current week:

Between 900 - 1400 uniques a day even after not having posted a news story in over a month so still decent traffic!

Site is not monetized but would work well with AdSense or CPA offers such as IQ tests etc.

I beat out the big news offbeat news sections such as CNN, Fox News and many others in search engine rankings. This niche is great because it is highly entertaining and brings in a ton of repeat visitors. It is also social bookmarking loved and great stories go viral if you break them first.

Currently the website is PR0 but at the last update was a PR4, this is due I believe to no link building in the last year and no updates in the last 2 months, it can probably be regained quickly. Site also has 2,814 indexed pages!

Again no revenue, I used this site primarily for building backlinks to my own websites.

Yea I know I had my FTP server compromised with a trojan and am still cleaning it up

That is included in the sale I have 4 solid sources and when I was devoting time only took 10 minutes total to put up 3-4 stories daily, there are easily 10 great stories available though.

Just to let everyone know the Offbeat-new.com domain is abaout to be renewed for another year by me and the .info has a few months left on it. In addition I used adsense for about 4 months early on and did $6-$12 a day, more if I got a big load of digg or stumble traffic. I dropped it because I'm not running it for money, I was just using it for link juice for myself. The potential is there to monetize this site if you really try though, as I never really did.

Thanks for all your bids folks. A few things that I got multiple PMs on:

1. No Revenue, as stated there are no ads or anything on this site. I did run adsense about a year ago and was able to do up to $10 a day with it when traffic was high. I dropped ads altogether because I dropped adsense for the rest of my sites in replacement with CPA Lead and promoting my own ebooks, clickbank products and my software, saw no point of running it on just this site so I left it clean - which is rare these days.
2. BIN - ? - I am open to all reasonable offers via PM, I will say that if you offer less than a couple hundred I will probably wait and let it go to bid.

I will bid $80. The links you have on the site under 'some links', are they reciprocal, or paid? If they are paid links how long is the obligation? Would you be able to move the site to another host or would the buyer have to do it?
