    Please, Josh, send us a support ticket with all the domains involved. We dont see any downtime in the mysql service, so, I will leave some tips:
    - If your webpages are auto-blogs with wordpress, please, install super cache plugin and use cron jobs of no less of 30 mins.

    - If your webpage is a custom one, with MySQL queries, please details us your code.

    - If you are using another php Script with MySQL queries, please detail the name and version of it in our support system.

    Of course you can upgrade tu Special Plan or to a reseller plan, but its not incluided in the promotion, so you have two options:

    - Use the three months of 99% discount with your actual plan.

    - Upgrade to Special Plan and pay the diference.

    Magento works 100% in our servers! and all worldwide used systems (Oscommerce, virtuemart, etc =) )
