Hello DP forum members Let me please share the highlight of my day , i feel there may be evil lurking within the dark corners of my mind , was i wrong to enjoy the experience of which i speak. I was on my way home from work after finishing the only job on earth i hate when i reached a blockade of traffic. The usual blockade , it's the same everyday , pointless road works offer impatience and smog with little in return. After almost 50 minutes of stand still , i witnessed some complete plant pot cut into the emergency bay in his wannabe fast and furious type 90 inch alloy dip stick look at me type of vehicle and hit about 50 flying passed all the other cars. Just up a head i seen the car hit a complete and abrupt stall , the man got out a few people where looking at the vehicle. It was not until the traffic had started moving when i really seen what had happened. Basically the road was out due to new steel safety runs being removed from the hard shoulder and onto the near by embankment through craneage operations. The guys impatience and fondness for speed had led him right over one of the safety runs which had smashed the front axels and the exhaust system , the front two wheels were buckled in and were pretruding from the side of the vehicle. The guy was gutted. If only he'd waited for another 10 minutes , lesson learnt , my best traffic jam ever , sorry guys shouldnt laugh , but justice is done. James
