Need Webhost for 15 wordpress blogs....

    I need a host, here are my requirements:

    Managed

    Apache

    Unlimited Domains

    Unlimited MySQL databases

    "Root - Like" - need to edit php.ini and httpd.conf

    Need to be able to use up to 10% of the CPU at any given time.

    CPanel would be nice.

    The cheapest and most professional service gets my business...

    I would suggest you to get a vps to fulfill your requirements. It is a bit difficult for a decent company to host you on shared a server.

    A cpanel license itself will cost you $10-$15 on an average. You can not get anything cheap.

    May I add that cheap - doesn't bring in Quality, so you ought to consider that as well before you freeze your webhosting provider.
