Hello Drakul, you can order the managed option for only the first month, I'm afraid I can't offer this for free. And as long as this is allowed by our ToS, you can use it. However I don't think rapidleech is legal in the Netherlands, and if it isn't legal it isn't allowed on our nodes.
We are sorry if you need a VPS on a node in the UK, but we have currently no nodes in the UK available. Before we continue offering UK VPSes, we need a trustable partner in the UK and a quality network. It can take some weeks before we can offer again UK VPSes. NL VPSes are always available.

What? why this should be illegal in netherlands? Your surely misunderstand what "Warez Linking" meaning.
I'm sure I don't, I know what they do when you only link to Warez. It isn't allowed to link or to host illegal files, no matter when the illegal files are on a server which is not owned by you. The law isn't clear about this, but the court has decided many times that the websites which only linked to Warez were illegal. However we can host it, the only problem is that there is a big risk to have a shut down website and more. We don't want to take that risk.
We just want to avoid these situations as we want to keep our prices low, else we are required to release the client information by court and we have lost money for a loyer, this needs to be paid and then we have to raise the prices if this happens to much.
