I have a new website that I want to optimize for the search engine. I am going to follow this strategy.

Please let me know will it be successful?
How many UVs can I expect with this strategy?

In Next 35-40 Days, I am going to:
- Submit 250 articles to Ezine
- 100 Yahoo Answers
- 2000 Twitter Followers
- One post to Digg, Delicious, StumbleUpon each
- 7 Advertisement post on top seven free classified websites including craigslist

Do u think these activities are enough to come in top ten?

And how many postings good for your websites that is depends on your keyword competition

 

It depends on keyword and its competition.
If it is not very competitive one, then you may succeed only with what you wrote.

it will work out provided you do it regularly SEO is not a hard task you just need to be consistent and regular plus a little bit of patience. try to submit to some directories and include some forum postings and dofollow blog comments too..

i cannot guess the traffic.But i have seen some websites promoted only through the ezine - it gets around 3000 visitors only from ezine from 200 articles posted there.

 

Oh! But 3000 UVs what? Daily or monthly? Please make it clear.
Can you please let me know the address of those articles, so that I can read them and can provide the same quality in my articles too.

these are not going to help you get rank in search engine.

 

There's no set rule and criteria as you'd also be aware. Things that work for some people, don't work for the others. So you have to wait and see.

These are the common things, everyone doing the something for there site. Well the above all mentioned methods would get you some traffic for your site and may be they will help you to get some good ranking also.

 

It's better to submit not only on one source for your articles. Theres a lot of good article submission sites. Submitting on ezines is a good strategy but its not enough for your link building.

Yahoo Answers is a good site to get traffic and depends on your niche if you get a lot of visitors, technique is, you must be the Top Contributor on he niche you choose...

And there it is, Twitter... nice choice, expect traffic flowing on your site with that...

Aside from Digg, SU, Delicious you should try Reddit and clipmarks too...


There's a lot of things you could do to improve your PR and SERPs but always remember to have a good or better yet, great posts and contents in every thing you submit...

 

For High SERP you must do social bookmaking, press release submission articles submission in 200+ article sites, directory submission, dofollow blog comment, link building and more

 

Make sure to set your meta tags correctly!

 

and relevant forum posting, comment posting in Blog.

 

I think this very common SEO working style.I think so commenting and forum posting should also be included in your routine work.It will help u a lot.

There's no fixed criteria in SEO that you do this much things than you get these many UV's but the thing is that how successfully you implement those things to get the UV's
