Economy mostly. Let's take unemployment for instance. You wonder if he really wants to lower unemployment. If unemployment stays at 8%-10% there won't be wage inflation.
I really do not see how he can lower unemployment when: 1. It's not his job to do so - the market dictates this. 2. He's nationalizing the auto industry to the point where the government is now instructing companies like GM to close dealerships and plants, thus losing more jobs. 3. Obama's never even held a job. I do not see how someone that has never had a job can create or save any. Here is a great example of what Obama's Job Stimulus programs did in reality. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJu0...formance-as-pile.html&feature=player_embedded
Hahahaha, I personally like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWt8hTayupE&feature=channel Well, regardless if the rhetoric he is spewing comes true or not, at least jobs will be created with his plan for a civilian national military that is just as strong, just as powerful, and just as well funded as the military including youth brigades.I can only see good coming out from that idea...........
You do not create jobs by creating more government jobs. In the end someone has to pay for those jobs. Jobs that produce revenue for the Federal Government have to be created in the private sector to do so. Jobs created by the Federal Government paid for by the private sector generate no revenue for anyone.
Well I don't know about the US but I really hope he would put more pressure on Israel to step settlements and move forward towards peace
I believe Obama exists, unlike a God lol. However, I think he is screwing things up worse, and selling our country to China. And I can't wait to have my kids join the Obama Youth Brigades
I think it's funny to gradually watch liberals/leftys start to say, "oh shit, what have we done". For those of you that thought we were in bad shape for the last 4 years...for lack of better words...you ain't seen NOTHIN' yet!!!
Good point - I mean, President Obama is against gay marriage, he's extended the war in Iraq, he's sending more troops to Afghanistan, Gitmo is going to stay open, he appoints a supreme court judge that is not only NOT a liberal, but she's a strict constructionist (conservative), he's extended the warrentless wiretapping program of the PATRIOT Act... I mean, when Bill Maher is saying "Obama's not the President we wanted, he's not a liberal, he's a conservative"... when an unapologetic Obama-sycophant liberal like Bill Maher is critical of President Obama - well, that says everything. North Korea, China, and Iran are basically thumbing their nose at Obama - and IMO Russia is going to slap Obama around very soon... Pelosi has been such a raging embarrassment that she had to flee to China for asylum. And, every expert on Fox, CNN, Daily Show, Colbert, CNBC etc is saying that the stimulus plan will NOT work and Obama and the Dems are just shovelling money to their special interests - heck, even VP Biden admitted that the stimulus is just not working... And Rush Limbaugh's ratings have doubled! Honestly, what did Obama supporters expect? Oh, well, as long as he's got high approval rating, right? Because that makes it O.K. I mean, who cares if he's President Nero, as long as the liberals swoon to the sound of his fiddling...
I do not believe it is possible for any one person to resolve all the issues that our country currently holds.. And I'm not quite sure yet about Obama. I'll wait it out a little long and give him some more time to make an impact before I make my full decision.
Obama is running in the wrong direction, it's like accidentally scoring in your own goal. Some one better help him before he really screws the country. Bush's spending was horrible, at least that's what I thought until Obama started his fiasco. He's so far unraveling this nation. And Don't get me started on on Vice President...who is...well...I can't even be nice here....he's just really stupid...
What they expected was to see someone other than George Bush. What they expected was to see (what in their minds was) a black man as President.
While I wont argue that both of those expectations are true, I'm not sure how that lowers Mr. Obama's super star.status. Besides, think of all the white guilt you must have shed by means of his election.
