    Yes If You Use Different Username..For Example..If you use Digg...It will be considered as redigg..and the cont will be added up...more diggs = More Traffic :)

    not at all. social bookmarking sites like digg and SU doesn't allow it. they check the URL first

    Most of the social bookmarking sites record the first submission only. After that, it just shows a post as more popular which can generate a little traffic.

    There are some bookmarking sites that dont accept
    came URL but some may accept same URL bt you just have to change the
    Title to make it unique

    Its better if you're submitting
    one URL in a site.

    Some may accept your submission
    but other bookmarking sites will never accept it
    as long they see duplications of URL submitted to them.

    yes, with different user names you can do it, but, You cannot do it continuously, Then your IP will be banned or your site would be banned by the social bookmarks sites, You have to find some alternates to overcome these issues......However, if you can get more votes for your story, then you will get more traffic....
