So I noticed ads stopped displaying and then I recieved the following email:

    Jul 25 2006 10:29 PT

    Hello Tom,

Thank you for your participation in the Yahoo! Publisher Network Beta program. As part of our efforts to ensure high-quality traffic for advertisers on the
Yahoo! Publisher Network, we continuously monitor publisher attributes such as:

    1. Sources of their traffic, including its geographical distribution.

    2. Suspicious click activity.

    3. Advertiser conversion rates.

    4. Overall quality of leads generated on your site.

Unfortunately, due to poor traffic quality, we have terminated your Yahoo! Publisher Network account ID xxxxxxxxxx. In accordance with Sections 6(a) and 6(b) of
the Yahoo! Publisher Network terms and conditions, we will not include clicks from non-U.S. users or otherwise invalid clicks in your payment. We have refunded
amounts generated from the non-U.S. users and otherwise invalid clicks to our advertisers and will pay any remaining amount owed to you in accord with the Terms
    and Conditions.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

    Sincerely,

    Mary Fajardo
    Content Analyst
    Yahoo! Search Marketing

I was running ypn! ads on themepsp.com and 95% of my traffic was US based. Funny thing is that I spoke with my rep like 3 weeks ago, and she assured me that my sites were just fine. What a bunch of bastards!! Time to sell my sites... Im sick of this..

    I feel your pain!

Another guy was talking about his banned account earlier today and I think it is one of those batch terminations. The problem with YPN is that we can't count on it - any day can be your last.

    Did they pay u today?

    They said this:

    "We have refunded
amounts generated from the non-U.S. users and otherwise invalid clicks to our advertisers and will pay any remaining amount owed to you in accord with the Terms
    and Conditions."

Hope he gets some of it!

Question, did you have your ads targetted toward a random category, such as Loans, Debt, Insurace - something like that?

Good question. I'd also like to know:

    > were you earning more than a C-note each day?

    > was most of your traffic verifiable, i.e. from search engines and links from quality ("trusted") sites and directories?

I hope I don't get terminated, I get a lot of out of country traffic. If I do I'll have to go back to Google.

hmm, very sad to read this thread.. accounts being closed right and left due to accusations of click fraud.

Publishers, both small and big worry this every single day nowadays. Can't blame these sponsors because of serious click fraud problem. Now I'm thinking of establishing my own system of implementing PPA.

I am doing around 15K-20K uniques a day. I noticed for like that last week that the ads were not targeted anymore. As you can see its a PSP (Playstation Portable) site, and I was getting ads for like cellphones, and other network based ads.

As for the click fraud, I think that is total crap. I cannot they would even say this. Funny thing is that, YPN! wasnt paying much for me anyways. Only bummer was that I had to change the code out of about 100+ sites. Also, yes they did pay me a couple of days ago but not for the full balance. :(

So, what would be another good CPC company to go with besides AdSense?

You can try CPA. CJ.com has some good gaming programs, like Pogo.com which pays $7.50 per lead and $5.00 per sale. I'm about to give Pogo a try on one of my sites.

With the traffic u have, u can do very well with CJ.com. Highly targeted traffic is the key to success with CJ.com's programs.

you can use some affaliate progs to gain you better cash than YPN, or go back to adsense if you can.
